Domain
Your domain should be representing your BRAND. I personally use Bluehost because they make it so easy to get a domain and create your website. Once you complete that part continue to the second part which is
- Click on the “Get Started”.
- Choose your plan that best fits you. I usually go for the Recommended.
- Set up your domain.
- Next you want to create your account settings and click submit.
- Once you are logged in you can click on My Sites to work on your website. We will discuss about this in the following step.
Once you have finished with this portion the next step is to create a
Logo & Website
Your brand should have a unique logo. Since I am horrible with creating a logo or working on my website I always go to Fiver.
6. Once on the website Fiver you can search for logo or website in the search bar.

7. Once you hired someone to make your logo or website you are almost ready to start selling.
Also, if you do not want to pay someone to do it, there is a lot of helpful videos on YouTube on how to build a website. A tool I always recommend if making your own WordPress website is Elementor. This software allows you to build unique website using there drag and drop technique. You can also search for some prebuilt themes.
Social Media Business accounts
Once you have completed all those steps now you want to focus on your social media accounts. What social media will you be using to promote or sell your product or service. Let us use Facebook as an example. We want to create a Facebook Business page and make an account, now you want to upload your logo and use a cover photo etc. Also, when creating your page make sure you link your website to your Facebook page. Once you have completed that next you want to make your first post. Make sure you have taken a nice photo or video of your product so that you can post it with a description that you think will best describe your product. Now that you have uploaded your first post you want to set up your Facebook pixel to be able to track site engagement. Once you have completed creating your pixel you are able to Boost your Facebook post based on who you think your ideal customer will be. For example, if I were selling books, my target audience would be someone that likes to read or enjoys going to libraries. This is just an overview about using Facebook to sell your products. Make sure to subscribe so that you do not miss other updates on using social media to reach more people and hopefully make more people buy your product.
Getting an LLC for your business
Getting an LLC is very important to me and I have found that Legal Zoom has the easiest efficient process in obtaining an LLC.
After you have completed all the previous steps you are now ready to begin selling your product or services.
